Position Qualifications
- Using competitive spirit to achieve sales goals
- Staying up-to-date on the latest skin care/tanning technology and services
- Understanding customers’ tanning and skin care needs and helping them discover how our products and services meet those needs
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Educating and engaging customers through product and equipment information
- Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
Qualified Studio Sales Manager candidates will have the following experience
- High school diploma or higher
- Previous sales experience
- Management and leadership qualities
- Willingness to work at all assigned studios
- Any tanning experience is a plus
- Valid work permits, Visas, etc.
Qualified Tanning Consultant candidates will have the following experience
